Legends

Also commonly known as the Seasonal Court, the Seelie are artists of the faerie world, ruled over by the daughter of the World Tree, Queen Titania, whose mood changes not just her own appearance but the weather of the world around her. As moods change so does the world, and the season fae are masters of change and of expression.

Fractured by idealogical differences and emotional ties, the Unseelie are fae driven by actions— whether in pursuit of a goal or for the sake of just doing something. Ruled by Queen Mabuka— Daughter of Lith— and her son Prince Oberon, King of Shadows, the future of this court is uncertain at best and disastrous at worst.

The Sorceria are the most powerful sorcerers in Ithuan, and renowned among the cosmos for their magical abilities. Chosen and empowered by Methaeus to protect the Nexus and maintain order, they each utilize their skills rather uniquely. From Scathe to Dualatica, these men are revered and respected.

The divines of nature, created and overseen by the first Founding God, these beings of both chaos and order have the potential for light and darkness or neither. Behind it all, the omnipotent and Omniscient Goddess that oversees the Primal Gods watches and maintains the balance in the universe, reinforcing both of her brothers when necessary.

The gods of darkness, servants of the second Founding God, these beings of corruption and malevolence are often the biggest threats to reality and civilization. They are recruited or created from the shadows, the ever patient, ever evil God of Darkness watching over them, controlling them, his madness and paranoia seeping into every action they take.

The Radiant Gods are agents of the third of the Founding Gods, the powerful Methaeus. They are powerful forces against evil, the most responsive to mortals, and the most active of the divines. However, their definition of good may be difficult for mortals, as they perceive things on a far larger scale. This has caused some mortals to reject them.

From hulking brutes to masterful manipulators, these demons have risen through the ranks of the Endless Abyss all in search of one artifact: the Staff of the Endless Abyss. While Asharderis wields it, he remains King of Demons, but if another takes it, a new ruler will come to power. So who is next in line for the throne now?

Dragons are ancient beasts coming from times immemorial. However, Shardross’s children have not been mindless throughout history. The older a dragon becomes, the more power it gains— and the more wisdom. These dragons are amongst the oldest, smartest, and most powerful of their kind.

These undead are the pinnacles of their kind, the absolute powers who defy Oetheus by simply existing. Their legends are told in hushed tones and frightful whispers, as if people are afraid to attract their attention. From the Lands Beyond Life themself to the soil of Ithuan and tundra of Kerios, the Neverdead stand above the rest.

Those which are known as spirits and gods, celestials are beings infused with magic, often connected to a concept, location, or goal. Whether created or born, good or evil, stoic or flamboyant, all celestials are powerful beings, and effectively immortal. Many find themselves worshipped as a result.

Much like celestials, these spirits are immortal. They are the embodiments of the primal essence flowing throughout each plane, representing the elements and the worlds themselves. Primal Spirits are sought after for their power, bound to a weapon to create a powerful instrument of destruction.

Those that traverse the Realm of the Unconscious know to be wary of the horrors that lurk there. Among the most powerful of these dangers are the Great Nightmares, creations of Dalthneshtar that embody the baser emotions which most sentient creatures try to bury. Don’t delve too deep into the dark…
